Noise Pop's Culture Club will open at Public Works on the weekend of Feb. 26-27, bringing together creative individuals from the community and beyond to participate in a series of exciting presentations and workshops on independent culture in its many forms. Pop 'n' Shop, a local designer fair, will also be a part of this very special weekend.

Featured workshops will include:

-Kid Koala playing an extended set of music - the audience is encouraged to bring their sketchbook or crafts to create onsite
-Cinemasports will teach people how to make and edit a music video - bring any footage or concepts you have!
-Live creation and remixing of a song with DJ Nickodemus - send in tracks you are workig on to be included!
-Acclaimed artist Monica Canilao will create an onsite installation
-Oakland breakdance sensation Turf Feinz will dance and Yak Films will show their mind-blowing videos
-No Age talks about how important art is to their band
-Design studio Rebar discusses Urban Transformation
-Discuss San Francisco Food Truck Culture (and Food Trucks onsite)
